At SVL, we believe that true leadership means staying connected to the people and processes that drive our success. That’s why our management team regularly visits our key partners, taking time to step away from the office and onto the frontline.

On a recent visit to our customer—a major banana producer—we had the chance to see first-hand how our logistics support helps keep their supply chain moving. From trucks being prepared to the steady flow of fresh produce, the visit was a valuable reminder of the trust our customers place in us to deliver reliably and efficiently.

These visits are more than routine check-ins. They provide an opportunity for our leadership to listen to employees and customers alike, understand daily challenges, and ensure SVL’s systems are supporting our customers’ needs in the best possible way. By bridging the gap between management and the frontline, we make sure our focus remains on what matters most—helping our customers serve theirs.

The photos from our visit capture some simple moments from throughout the day, but together they tell a bigger story: one of partnership, trust, and the shared commitment to getting quality products where they need to be.

By visiting our customer sites and engaging directly with frontline teams, we show that we care about every step of the logistics process — including how goods are handled, stored, and ripen. These interactions ensure we remain closely aligned with our customers’ needs, while also giving our staff the support and recognition they deserve. Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue building strong partnerships and growing together with our customers into the future.
